Thank you for shopping with Sulene Taylor Art. We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

1. Returns

a. Eligibility

We accept returns for most products within 7 days from the proven date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging and reasons for returns shall be carefully considered when proof is provided.

b. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, i.e. artworks similar to and larger than A3, digital downloads, and any personalized or specially ordered digital artworks.

PLEASE BE AWARE that colour variations are commonly found in digitally created work from device to device to printer. Therefore, NO REFUNDS will be made if the colour is not precisely what you, the Buyer expected or saw on the website.

2. Return Process

a. Contact Us

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@sulenetaylorart.com. Please provide your order number and a description of the item and the reasons why you wish to return the product.

b. Return Authorization

If the reason for the return is accepted, our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item. The return address will be communicated in an email.

c. Packaging

Please ensure that the item is securely wrapped in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation clearly marked.

3. Shipping Costs

a. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or a defective product), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

b. Original Shipping

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

a. Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund within 14 business days.

b. Refund Method

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method and account. Refunds from our date of pay may take up to 7 business days or more to appear in your account, depending on the payment providers.
